Impact Networking in Madison, WI seeks a Field Service Technician to provide onsite service, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance for digital office equipment across an assigned territory. The role supports Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Ricoh, and HP devices and requires travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education preferred.
• Experience servicing digital office equipment, printers, copiers, or related tech preferred.
• Experience with Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Ricoh, and/or HP equipment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting for mechanical/electronic issues and basic connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite service, repair, and maintenance for digital office equipment at client locations.
• Install, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on multifunction printers and imaging devices.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electronic, print-quality, and basic connectivity issues.
• Manage service calls and travel routes to meet response-time goals.
• Follow internal service procedures and maintain accurate inventory and tools.
