Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. seeks an on-site service technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on KM MFPs and printers, including installation, de-installation and networking support for Windows and Mac environments.

The role requires travel to customer sites, strong communication skills, and the ability to train customers on printing and scanning tasks. Familiarity with graphics software and IT certifications is a plus.

Qualifications

• Background, security and drug test required.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• 4+ years experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
• Certified on N+ or equivalent.
• Additional IT certifications or training are a plus.
• For internal applicants requires Konica Minolta internal certifications on: Outward Associate, Outward Professional, Outward Expert - Office Solutions, Outward Expert - Network, Outward Expert - Color, KMBS Controller (Emperon), Classroom.

Responsibilities

• Perform full range of on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on KM MFPs and printers.
• Installations, de-installations, and networking troubleshooting on Windows/MAC.
• Travel locally to customer sites and manage territory workload.
• Provide training to customers on printing/scanning functions and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist sales by advising on service-related accounts and leads.
