Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Representative I, Services Onsite Technician to support Ricoh-managed devices across a designated territory in Louisiana. The role covers service, repair, installation, diagnostics, and customer training to ensure device availability and uptime.

You will monitor alerts, perform preventive maintenance, replace consumables, manage inventory, and document activities. Extensive travel and a strong service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Minimum automobile insurance coverage in accordance with company policy.
• Ability to use a personal vehicle extensively for company business.

Responsibilities

• Monitor device service and supply alerts daily and respond to service requests to ensure device availability meets SLAs.
• Perform repair and service procedures including troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation, component replacement, device hot swaps, and equipment removals.
• Utilize remote support resources to resolve service issues and reduce dispatches.
• Escalate issues to Level 2 support when necessary.
• Configure IP addresses, install printer drivers, and provide customer training on supported devices.
• Document all service calls and activities using OFSC and other systems.
• Travel between customer locations within territory as required.
