Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC is seeking a Field Technician to provide onsite service, repair, and preventive maintenance for digital office equipment across an assigned territory. You will diagnose issues on printers and imaging devices from Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Ricoh, and HP while delivering high levels of customer service.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to travel, and a commitment to ongoing training and professional growth within a national managed services provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education preferred.
• Experience servicing digital office equipment and related tech is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite service, repair, and maintenance for digital office equipment at client locations.
• Install, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on multifunction printers and imaging devices.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electronic, print-quality, and basic connectivity issues.
• Manage service calls and travel routes to meet response-time and productivity goals.
• Follow procedures, document work, and maintain inventory and tools.
• Communicate with clients about service activity and next steps.
• Collaborate with team members and management to resolve issues.
• Maintain a professional presence at client locations and participate in ongoing training.
