Job summary

Uniguest is seeking a part-time Onsite Support Representative to assist patients and hospital staff with our pCare services, including patient bedside TV and digital signage. This role requires strong customer service, solid computer basics, and the ability to lift 25 lbs and climb a ladder as needed, with shifts at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.

You will troubleshoot issues, guide users through the interactive system, and collaborate with the team to maintain high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred (1 year).
• Able to work onsite at hospitals daily and travel between locations as needed.
• Must lift 25 lbs and climb a 6-foot ladder.
• Vaccinations including COVID-19 and Flu are required per hospital policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to patients and hospital staff to ensure services meet expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting services.
