Job summary

Uniguest is seeking a customer service-focused candidate to join our pCare Services team as a part-time Onsite Support Representative. The role involves maintaining and supporting hospital technologies deployed to patients and staff, with front-line service at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.

The position requires daily onsite work at hospitals, strong communication, and the ability to troubleshoot and replace small equipment like TVs and related devices.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Customer service experience of 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to patients and hospital staff to ensure services meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues affecting services.
• Familiarize customers with the use of our interactive system and its features.
• Replace small defective equipment as needed (TVs, pillow speakers, phones).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
