Cybersearch, LTD. is seeking two temporary Patient Access Representatives/Liaisons for an on-site role in Oak Park, IL. The positions focus on enhancing the patient and family experience, rounding with patients, and resolving concerns in real time. Shift is 9:30am–6pm, Monday–Friday.

Ideal candidates have guest relations or hospitality backgrounds and excellent communication skills, with a customer-service oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; 1+ years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, customer service, or patient-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service instincts with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Engage with patients and families to check on experience and needs.
• Identify service recovery opportunities and address concerns promptly and respectfully.
• Document patient interactions, concerns, and resolutions per hospital procedures.
• Escalate concerns to nursing leadership or patient experience leadership when appropriate.
• De-escalate tense or emotional situations with calm, empathetic communication.
• Partner with clinical teams to share patient feedback and support a coordinated response.
