You will support staff to facilitate efficient patient encounters across the health system. You will educate staff on patient rights and experience trends, route inquiries to resources, manage feedback, and summarize data trends for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Educate staff on patient rights and experience trends with service recovery techniques
• Direct patients and representatives to appropriate organizational resources across the system
• Serve as a liaison to UCMC and medical staff regarding patient rights and available resources
• Manage records and data related to patient, patient representative, visitor and staff escalations
• Summarize data trends and communicate themes with department leaders
• Perform data analysis to identify initiatives improving patient and visitor experience
