Job summary

Sky Zone Birmingham is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when senior leaders are away. You will lead from the floor, coach teammates, and ensure guest experiences meet Sky Zone’s WOW standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, strong communication, and the drive to grow into higher levels of responsibility in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; coach and motivate others.
• Hands-on, team-first mindset; own responsibilities and lead by example.
• Ability to move throughout the park and lift 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching and delegating to team members.
• Rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities to maintain smooth operations.
• Drive membership and park offerings through proactive guest engagement.
