Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead to drive on‑floor operations, lead by example, and rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when leaders are away, uphold safety standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints.

You will contribute to Membership growth, staff coaching, and smooth shift transitions, with a focus on delivering the Sky Zone WOW service level and a best‑in‑class guest journey.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail, F&B, amusement, or recreation preferred.
• Basic tech proficiency; comfortable with POS and standard software.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not on site, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and delegate to Team Members across departments to run the park smoothly.
• Step into Programs, Café, Front Desk, and Events to maintain flow.
• Drive membership and park offerings through strong guest interactions.
• Lead front desk, parties/events, and F&B/Facilities during shifts.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and incidents are reported.
