Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead for our Huntington Beach park. You will lead a fast-paced team across Sales, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

You will step in as Manager on Duty (MOD) when leaders are away, coach staff, and maintain safety and cleanliness. This role develops leadership skills in a hands-on, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office; comfortable with new platforms.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the floor and set the tone for the team during shifts.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when supervisors aren’t on-site.
• Coach and delegate tasks across departments to maintain guest flow.
• Drive guest engagement and park-wide safety and cleanliness.
• Oversee birthday parties, events, and group activities.
