Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles
• Leadership experience or supervisory exposure
• Ability to lead multiple shifts as MOD when needed
• Comfort with POS systems and basic tech tools

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not on-site
• Coach and delegate to Team Members across all departments
• Lead across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction throughout shifts
• Drive membership and program sales while maintaining WOW service standards
