Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This onsite, full-time role leads by example, stepping into MOD duties when needed and rotating through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities to ensure a smooth park operation.

Ideal candidates will show at least 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles, leadership experience, and a readiness to grow into higher responsibilities, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, or entertainment preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest experience.
• Lead on-floor coaching and delegation across departments.
• Drive membership and program sales through exceptional guest interactions.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness throughout shifts.
• Rotate across Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events to ensure smooth operations.
