Job summary

Sky Zone, a leader in active indoor entertainment, is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to oversee operations on a daily basis at our California park. You will rotate through key areas including Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities to ensure a top-notch guest experience.

You will train, coach, and motivate a team, stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed and driving membership sales while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation.
• Basic proficiency with technology including POS, MS Office; able to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and team accountability.
• Provide on-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across all departments.
• Step into any operational area as needed to maintain seamless guest experiences and operational flow.
• Deliver timely communication of guest issues, operational challenges, or safety concerns to the Management Team.
• Drive front desk performance and membership sales while delivering service excellence.
