Job summary

Sky Zone, operated by CircusTrix, is seeking a Team Lead to manage on-site operations in a fast-paced entertainment park. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, serving as a key on-floor leader and stepping in as Manager on Duty as needed.

The role requires 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, supervisory experience, and a can-do attitude to drive WOW service while maintaining safety and park standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology and ability to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety, quality, and team accountability.
• Lead on-floor operations by coaching, supporting, and delegating to team members across departments.
• Step into any operational area (Sales, Parties, Café, Front Desk, Events) to maintain guest flow and service standards.
• Drive guest interactions and promote park offerings to boost memberships and sales.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports when necessary.
