Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Team Lead to actively manage daily ops onsite, rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You will coach team members, handle shift coverage, and drive guest satisfaction while representing Sky Zone’s WOW service standard.

You’ll serve as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t on site, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and smooth guest experiences across all park areas. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Background in retail/sales/entertainment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and set the tone for the team
• Step into operational areas to maintain guest experiences and flow
• Coach team members to deliver service excellence and upsell opportunities
• Act as Manager on Duty when leadership is not on site and ensure safety and cleanliness
