Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead to drive daily operations onsite in a fast-paced recreation environment. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as MOD when needed to keep the park running smoothly.

You are a hands-on leader with at least 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles, capable of coaching a diverse team, managing shifts, and delivering WOW guest service. Compensation ranges $14–$16/hr with full benefits.

Qualifications

Age 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
Minimum 2 years progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
Basic proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead from the floor and set a strong tone for the team, rotating through key areas as needed.
Drive guest interactions and promote park offerings to boost membership and program sales.
Ensure safety policies are followed and incidents are documented.
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and events to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
