Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a hands-on Team Lead (part-time) to supervise and support floor operations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage. You will act as Manager on Duty when leadership is not on-site, coaching team members, ensuring safety, and delivering WOW guest experiences.

You will drive membership and park programs, mentor staff across departments, and maintain clean, efficient park operations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching and delegating to Team Members across departments.
Step into any operational area as needed to maintain guest experiences and park flow.
Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
Lead rotational leadership paths (Sales & Service Lead, Parties & Events Lead, F&B & Facilities Lead) to elevate service.
Ensure opening/closing procedures are executed with consistency and accuracy and maintain cleanliness.
