Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Resident Service Engineer for 100% on-site work in Dallas, TX. You will install, configure, and maintain Packsize equipment at customer facilities, deliver training, and build strong customer relationships through proactive service.

The role offers a flex schedule across four shifts, with base day or night shift. You will troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and collaborate with R&D and quality teams to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus with problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with Windows platforms and basic software tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites and coordinate field work.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Software and QA teams.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services.
• Analyze KPIs to identify machine issues and maintenance.
• Install solutions and train users on usage and maintenance.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and travel arrangements.
