Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, configure and support packaging equipment on customer sites across the Dallas area. You will troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and train customers on product capabilities and safety procedures.

The role requires strong problem solving, travel readiness and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. A background in mechanical servicing and familiarity with Windows tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment at customer facilities.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services as needed.
• Summarize service activities in detailed technical reports.
