Job summary

Packsize International is seeking a Resident Service Engineer to install, configure and maintain packaging equipment at customer facilities, performing start-up testing and customer training while building strong customer relationships.

You will troubleshoot, schedule tasks, and work cross-functionally with R&D, Software and Quality teams, traveling domestically for initial and periodic training, while upholding safety standards and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Windows platforms knowledge required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment at customer sites.
• Perform start-up testing and deliver customer training on product capabilities.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Schedule tasks at customer sites and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze KPIs to identify machine performance issues and plan maintenance.
