Job summary

Packsize International seeks a Resident Service Engineer to install, maintain and support Packsize equipment at a key customer location in New Jersey. This on-site role requires proactive service, inventory management, and strong communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will travel as needed, work cross-functionally with R&D, software and quality teams, and perform preventive maintenance and training for customer personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience managing parts and inventory in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Proficiency with inventory software and tools.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication.
• Basic proficiency with Excel and Windows platforms.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and support Packsize equipment at customer sites.
• Receive, verify and document parts and supplies.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Analyze KPI data to identify machine performance issues and perform maintenance.
• Complete training courses and develop knowledge of packaging designs.
