Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Machine Technician to install, configure, and maintain equipment at customer facilities. You will perform startup testing, train customers on product capabilities, and build trust with clients through reliable service.

You will collaborate with R&D, Software and Quality teams, troubleshoot using drawings, and manage tasks from scheduling to reporting while adhering to safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms.
• Knowledge of hand tools.
• Knowledge of mechanical platforms.
• Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
• Basic Microsoft Excel or Google Suite experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling tasks at customer sites.
• Troubleshooting issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Work cross-functionally with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams.
• Performing routine maintenance and emergency services as they arise.
• Analyzing KPI to identify machine performance issues and drive maintenance.
• Installation and training of Packsize solutions for customers.
• Prepare and submit detailed technical reports.
