Job summary

Packsize International is seeking a Machine Technician to install, configure, and maintain packaging equipment at customer facilities across Fletcher, NC. You will perform start-up testing, deliver product training, and troubleshoot complex machinery while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires autonomy, problem-solving skills, and a focus on safety. You will collaborate with R&D, software, and quality teams to ensure optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or vocational training required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area is preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to troubleshoot in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment at customer facilities.
• Perform start-up testing and deliver customer training on product capabilities and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation; analyze KPI to identify issues.
• Communicate with customer and internal teams to ensure clear, timely information flow.
• Maintain safety protocols and adhere to customer safety requirements.
