Job summary

Packsize International is seeking a Resident Service Engineer for Reno, NV to install, configure, and maintain equipment at customer facilities. You will troubleshoot, train customers, and ensure safety while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus and problem-solving ability.
• Solid knowledge of Windows platforms and MS Office/Google Suite.
• Associates degree or vocational training; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites and manage installations.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and docs.
• Collaborate with R&D, Software and Quality teams.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and travel as needed.
• Maintain safety and professional customer relationships.
