Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, configure, and maintain equipment at customer facilities. You will troubleshoot complex mechanical systems and deliver customer training on product capabilities and maintenance.

This role requires strong problem-solving, travel readiness, and the ability to work independently. A technical degree and hands-on experience with tools are preferred; Packsize values customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred.
• Customer service focus and ability to travel for site work.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites and coordinate travel.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services as needed.
• Install Packsize solutions and train customers on use.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and stay compliant with safety rules.
