Qualifications

• Process sales orders and customer transactions accurately in a business systems environment.
• Provide timely, professional communication via phone and written channels.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate order information with internal departments.
• High school diploma or GED required; 3–5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions, including sales orders, with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Serve as a professional liaison for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls with courtesy, urgency, and customer focus.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including order fulfillment, planning, manufacturing, finance, and shipping, to support timely order delivery and customer updates.
• Follow up on customer requests and order activity to ensure issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Support team performance goals, daily priorities, and special projects as assigned.
