You should be dependable, comfortable documenting details in CRM systems, and able to stay calm while guiding customers through billing, service, or product information. Prior call center experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, call center, or client support experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and basic problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, web browsers, CRM systems, and support software.
• Handle customer support interactions through phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, answer questions, and explain billing, service, or product information.
• Process customer requests accurately while following client guidelines and company procedures.
