Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services in Lenexa, Kansas is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a direct hire, on-site role. You will serve as a central contact for customers with product, order, delivery, and service concerns, coordinating across warehouses and departments to drive timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in customer service, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication; you will document interactions in internal systems and manage multiple requests

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to de‑escalate frustrated customers while remaining calm and professional.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general workplace technology.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and other channels.
• Research and resolve issues related to damaged products, order discrepancies, or service needs.
• Coordinate with warehouse, service, sales, order fulfillment, and operations teams to determine next steps.
• Process service requests, replacements, orders, and related follow-ups.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Manage multiple open requests while maintaining accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
