Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is helpful, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide friendly, professional support for service, account, and product-related questions.
• Assist customers with activation, password resets, service plans, installation details, and troubleshooting.
• Educate customers on available internet services, products, equipment, speed, and service availability.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions or product options.
• Process service orders, update customer records, and document customer interactions.
• Meet customer service, quality, productivity, and sales performance goals in a call centre setting.
