Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume customer inquiries by phone and email with timely, accurate responses.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, coordinate changes, and track orders through completion.
• Maintain assigned customer accounts and build strong professional relationships with business customers.
• Enter and update customer information, orders, and documentation using CRM/ERP or comparable systems.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies and service issues with sound judgment and follow-through.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding product availability, delivery timelines, and customer requirements.
