Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is seeking an Onsite Representative to be the face of Ōnin at a client facility in Smyrna, TN. You will manage daily operations, check-ins, attendance, and shift scheduling while serving as the liaison between the client, branch, and onsite workforce.

You’ll support onboarding, training, and relationship-building with teammates and client contacts to ensure satisfaction and performance. This role emphasizes safety compliance and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management.
• Familiarity with the light industrial sector (manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite; strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Relationship builder who helps teammates succeed and meets client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, including employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling.
• Serve as the key point of contact between the client, our branch, and the onsite workforce.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates and client contacts to ensure satisfaction and performance.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and assist with meeting client expectations.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting in line with branch and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and client policies.
