Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is seeking an Onsite Representative to be the face of the company at a client facility. You will manage daily operations, support onboarding, and foster strong relationships with both the internal team and client partners to ensure smooth workforce operations.

The ideal candidate has experience in staffing, understands light industrial environments, and communicates effectively to meet client expectations while upholding safety and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing or recruitment is required.
• Familiarity with light industrial sectors (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: check-ins, attendance tracking, shift scheduling.
• Serve as the main contact between the client, branch, and onsite workforce.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training of new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates and client contacts.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and help meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate, timely reporting per branch and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and client policies.
