Ōnin Staffing is seeking an Onsite Representative to act as the face of the organization at a client facility in Smyrna, TN. You will manage daily operations, coordinate attendance, and serve as the main liaison between the client, our branch, and the onsite workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations at the site, including attendance and shift scheduling.
• Serve as the primary contact between the client, branch, and onsite workforce.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates and client contacts.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and help meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting to meet branch and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and client policies.
