Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is seeking an Onsite Representative to be the face of the client facility. You will manage daily operations, including check-ins, attendance, and shift scheduling, while coordinating onboarding and training for new hires.

You’ll build strong relationships with teammates and client contacts to ensure satisfaction and performance. This role supports reporting accuracy, safety compliance, and ongoing collaboration with the client and branch.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management.
• Familiarity with light industrial sectors such as manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: employee check-ins, attendance, and shift scheduling.
• Serve as the main liaison between the client, the Ōnin branch, and onsite staff.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates and client contacts to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and report in line with requirements.
• Maintain accurate reporting and ensure safety and policy compliance.
