Ōnin Staffing is seeking a proactive Onsite Representative to be the face of Ōnin at one of our client facilities. In this role, you'll ensure workforce operations run smoothly, build strong relationships with teammates and client partners, and create real impact daily.

The ideal candidate has staffing or workforce management experience and familiarity with light industrial sectors. Travel up to 25% and strong communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management.
• Familiarity with light industrial sectors such as manufacturing, warehousing or logistics.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations, including employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and scheduling.
• Serve as the key contact between client, branch, and onsite workforce.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates and client contacts to ensure satisfaction and performance.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and help meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting in line with branch and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and client policies.
