Ōnin Group seeks an Onsite Representative to be the face of our client facility in Arlington, TX. You’ll oversee daily operations, onboarding, and shift scheduling, while building strong relationships with teammates and client partners.

Ideal candidates have staffing or workforce management experience in light industrial settings, strong communication, and solid organizational skills. This role offers ESOP benefits and comprehensive coverage through a competitive client schedule.

Competenze

• Experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management.
• Familiarity with light industrial sector (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A relationship builder who helps others succeed.

Mansioni

• Manage daily operations including employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling.
• Serve as the key contact between the client, our branch, and onsite workforce.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates and client contacts.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and help meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate reporting in line with branch and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and client policies.
