Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is seeking an Onsite Representative to be the face of the company at a client facility. You will manage daily operations, including check-ins and shift scheduling, while serving as the liaison between client, branch, and onsite teammates.

The ideal candidate has staffing experience, familiarity with light industrial sectors, and strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: check-ins, attendance, and shift scheduling.
• Serve as the primary liaison among client, branch, and onsite workforce.
• Assist onboarding, orientation, and training of new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure satisfaction and performance.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and help meet client expectations.
• Maintain timely reporting aligned with branch and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and client policies.
