Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of technical repair experience, an N+ or equivalent certification, and strong knowledge of Windows/Mac networking and printer drivers. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required with technical training preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical repair of business equipment.
• N+ or equivalent certification; additional IT certifications are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Performs on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on assigned products (KM MFP, printers) and conducts installations/de-installations.
• Troubleshoots networking issues (Printing/Scanning) on Windows/Mac OS; loads drivers; updates firmware.
• Travels locally to customer sites, manages territory workload and maintains communication with customers.
• Provides training to customers on basic printing, scanning and copying functions.
• Maintains accurate inventory and supports sales as needed.
