Job summary

Qualifications

• Electrical/mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot on-site equipment.
• Familiar with printing from common business apps and graphics programs.
• Experience with Windows/Mac OS networking environments.
• Strong time management and prioritization to meet targets.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Team player with ability to train others and share knowledge.
• Basic Word/Excel skills; ability to create deployment guides.
• Understanding of networking and graphic software used in the market.
• Ability to convey technical data clearly to customers and sales.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Quark, Publisher.

Responsibilities

• Perform full on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer support for KM MFPs and printers.
• Install/de-install equipment, configure and troubleshoot printing and scanning networks on Windows/Mac.
• Travel locally to customer sites and manage territory workload; occasional out-of-area trainings.
• Provide sales support by advising on problems and leads; communicate with management on issues.
• Complete weekly timesheets and expense reports; maintain vehicle inventory for territory.
• Train customers on basic printing/scanning functions; assist with deployment guides.
