Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Office Systems Specialist to service our award-winning printing and imaging products in Florida.

You will perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair for KM MFPs, printers, and related software, while ensuring customer satisfaction and productive results. The role requires travel to local client sites, installation and de-installation tasks, basic networking, and training customers on printing and scanning.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical repair of business equipment.
• N+ or equivalent certification; additional IT certs a plus.
• Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Windows and MAC OS environments.

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of KM MFPs and printers.
• Install and de-install devices; configure networking, drivers, and scanning.
• Travel locally to customer sites and manage territory workload.
• Provide training to customers on printing and scanning basics.
• Maintain accurate inventory and document service activities.
• Complete timesheets and expense reports accurately.
