Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical repair of business equipment.
• N+ or equivalent certification; IT certifications a plus.
• Experience with Windows/Mac OS networking, printing from business apps.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and customer support for KM MFPs, printers, and related equipment.
• Install/ de-install equipment and configure network printing and scanning.
• Travel locally to customer sites daily; communicate with customers and management.
• Complete timesheets and expense reports accurately and timely.
• Provide sales support by advising on problems and service leads when needed.
