Konica Minolta is seeking an Office Systems Specialist to service and repair analog and digital copiers, multifunction devices, and connected products. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain KM MFPs and third-party printers, install systems, and troubleshoot printing and scanning across Windows and Mac environments.

You must be able to travel locally daily to customer sites, communicate effectively with customers and management, and complete training to stay current with product updates.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 2–4 years in technical repair of business equipment.
• N+ or equivalent certification.
• Additional IT certifications are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of KM MFPs, printers, and related devices.
• Install/de-install equipment, configure networking, load drivers, and upgrade firmware.
• Travel locally to customer sites and communicate with customers and management.
• Maintain accurate territory inventory and provide basic customer training on functions.
