Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Office Systems Associate 2 to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs for KM MFPs and printers.

You will install and configure devices, troubleshoot networking on Windows/Mac, load drivers, and train customers on basic printing and scanning functions. This role requires 1–2 years of technical repair experience, a high school diploma or GED, and IT certifications; travel locally daily, with occasional training travel, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in technical repair of business equipment.
• N+ or equivalent certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on KM MFPs and printers.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking issues on Windows/MAC OS; load drivers.
• Travel daily to customer sites; maintain communication and satisfaction.
• Train customers on basic printing and scanning functions.
• Maintain territory inventory; assist sales with service leads.
• Complete weekly timesheets and expense reports.
