Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs full range of on-site maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on assigned products.
• Configures and troubleshoots networking issues for printing and scanning.
• Travel locally to customer sites and communicate with management on issues.
• Train customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions.
• Maintain accurate territory truck inventory and complete weekly timesheets.
