Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking an Office Systems Professional to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on KM MFPs, printers, and third-party devices. The role involves traveling to customer sites, installing and troubleshooting network printing and scanning, and training customers on basic functions.

The ideal candidate has strong electrical/mechanical aptitude, solid communication skills, and a background in printing environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma or GED; technical school training preferred.
• 4+ years experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
• Certified on N+ or equivalent.
• Additional IT certifications or training are a plus

Responsibilities

• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
• Performs full range of on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on assigned products (KM MFP and printers) and network issues.
• Travel locally on a daily basis to various customer sites and manage territory workload.
• Occasionally travel outside the local area for training.
• Communicate with management on customer or field issues.
• Follow proper call handling procedures while maintaining productivity metrics.
