Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc is seeking an on-site Field Service Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on KM MFPs and third-party printers. You will install, configure and troubleshoot networking issues, travel locally to customer sites, and maintain inventory while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED (Technical training preferred), 0–1 year of technical experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 0–1 year experience in technical/repair of business equipment.
• Certified or working towards certification such as N+ or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Performs on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on KM MFP and printers (HP, Lexmark, etc.).
• Installs/de-installs equipment, configures and troubleshoots networking issues (Printing/Scanning) on Windows/Mac.
• Travel locally to customer sites daily; manage territory workload and maintain customer communication.
• Maintain accurate ASL truck inventory for the territory; train customers on basic printing/scanning functions.
