Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Service Specialist to support our client's Cleveland office. You will handle mail, copy, reception, hospitality, and general facilities tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualified candidates will have a High school diploma, 1+ year in customer service, and be able to lift 40 lbs. The role is full time with a 38-hour week and shift schedule Tue–Fri 8:00a.m.–5:00p.m. Sat 8:00a.m.–2:30p.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year in a customer service role.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and move packages.
• Reliable to work 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: meter, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
• Copy Services: produce copy, print and scan projects per instructions.
• Reception: answer calls, route to correct person, greet visitors.
• Hospitality Services: manage conference rooms, kitchens, and stock supplies.
• Facilities Services: cooperate on small moves, upkeep, and building concerns.
