Opensity Solutions, a leading tech-enabled managed services company, is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to deliver integrated support across mail, copy, reception, hospitality, and facilities in client office environments.

The role focuses on high-quality administrative and workplace services, supporting multiple client sites within a defined market. It requires flexibility, professionalism, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ year in customer service, hospitality, workplace services, or admin support.
• Technical: Basic proficiency with office equipment and familiarity with ticketing tools.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs; push/pull carts up to 75 lbs.
• Compensation: up to $21.00 per hour, location/experience–dependent.

Responsibilities

• Perform mail services including metering, sorting, tracking, and distribution.
• Provide copy, print, and scan services based on instructions.
• Support reception by answering calls and greeting visitors.
• Deliver hospitality: conference room setup, restocking supplies, maintain spaces.
• Ensure meeting rooms, kitchens, and shared spaces are clean and stocked.
• Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies.
• Assist with floor coordination: stocking copy rooms and daily tasks.
• Communicate facility-related issues to client contacts as needed.
