Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process mail and accountable packages by schedule.
• Produce copies, prints, and scans per instructions.
• Answer calls and greet visitors in a courteous manner.
• Coordinate conference rooms, common areas, and kitchens.
• Stock supplies and maintain inventory of general items.
• Assist with small facilities moves and building communications.
